We want you to love your Hammitt as much as we loved making it, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items with all original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
